Return To Sparta

Homecoming 2009 is upon us, and NSU did NOT disappoint.  For the past 3 seasons, the Spartans had left fans with a foul taste in their mouths with this whole losing the Homecoming game thing.  This year was a huge step in the right direction, as NSU added to the Bison’s season-long losing streak, this time to the tune of 41-6.  Dennis Brown and Chris Bell connected for two long TD passes, and the ground game performed enough to burn Howard’s defense, opening up the passing lanes.  After the drubbing, I caught up with my fellow alums and current colleagues at the Mass Comm mixer and Que tailgate.  NSU knows how to celebrate!
