Trip To The Past – 2010 MEAC Tournament (Part 2)

I promised you part two, and here it is… This set is the second half of the Quarterfinal match-up between the Norfolk State University Spartans and the Hampton University Pirates. The tension was high and the lead changed hands multiple times, but the Pirates were able to grind it out in the last two minutes to preserve a victory that lead them to the MEAC Championship Semifinals against the reigning MEAC Champion Morgan State Bears. Norfolk State just seemed to dig themselves into a hole early on and no matter how much clawing back they did, Hampton would just continue to weather the storm and sink key foul shots to retain a slim lead. Anywho, this was a pretty enjoyable game to shoot while exchanging tips, tricks, and laughs with the other photographers, videographers, and reporters on hand and around the baseline!
